Francoise Kendell is a French fashion illustrator based in Paris who has featured in various magazines & websites. She has recently featured celebrities including Wendy Williams, Kris Jenner, Viola Davis, Taraji Henson, Beyonce & Kelly Rowland!! I also love her chilled out illustrations of the life of the working girl in Paris.
